2019 photo gymThe Physical Education curriculum is designed to promote an active and healthy lifestyle, foster physical literacy, and cultivate a positive attitude towards physical activity. Through a range of sports, fitness activities, and wellness education, students will engage in a well-rounded physical education experience. Our curriculum emphasizes the development of fundamental movement skills, coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Students will participate in a variety of sports and recreational activities, building competence and confidence in their abilities.

Beyond physical performance, our program also focuses on wellness education, including topics such as nutrition, stress management, and mental well-being. There will be opportunities for students to explore their interests, improve their physical fitness, and develop a lifelong appreciation for the importance of health and wellness
