Appeals

Appeals resulting from year of entry or transfer applications in September 2016 will be heard according to the following timetable:

  • Offer of school place for September 2016 will be made 1 March 2016
  • All appeals must be lodged with the school by 13 April 2016
  • All appeals to be heard within 40 school days of the closing date (13 April 2016)

Appeals lodged after these dates will be heard within 40 school days of the appeal deadline or 30 school days of being lodged, whichever is the later date.

Mid Year Admissions

If you live in Kent and wish to apply for a place at The Lenham School (with the exception of Year 6 children applying through the SCAF system) you will need to complete an In Year Casual Admission Form (IYCAF). 

(Where applicable we may request that a Supplementary Information Form (SIF) be completed, which will be supplied by the school) 

If we have available space within the required Year Group and Teaching Sets you will be invited to attend a meeting with a member of staff at which any questions and concerns can be addressed. Following that meeting you will receive written confirmation of whether a place is being offered.
