The Lenham School is an OFSTED GOOD school with an exciting opportunity to join our successful SEN Department.

We are currently recruiting for a Learning Mentor to join our staff team to provide 1:1 and small group support to meet the needs of identified students. You will be crucial in supporting students with their learning, development and progress in all areas of the curriculum and within a range of learning contexts.

If you are passionate about working in a dynamic team to provide inclusive support to enable students to have full and effective access to the secondary school curriculum, we would love to hear from you.

Drive and passion will be essential prerequisites for a successful application.

We are a dedicated, collaborative team of professionals who enjoy welcoming new staff, new ideas and fresh input. Opportunities, including career progression, are actively sought for all staff across the school. Collaboration with like-minded colleagues across the Multi-Academy Trust (VIAT) is set up to provide networking, support, quality assurance and friendship.
